CJC-1295 from Canada Peptides is a modified 30 amino acid peptide hormone primarily acting as a counterpart to the natural growth hormone releasing hormone GHRH. In this modification, some amino acids are replaced to increase the stability of the D-Al, Gln, Ala and Leu molecules at positions 2, 8, 15 and 27, respectively.
CJC-1295 is a sterile, white, freeze-dried powder for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection when dissolved in sterile water.
CJC-1295 is a growth hormone analogue that releases growth hormone, which is produced by the nucleus in the hypothalamus. It stimulates the secretion of growth hormone from the pituitary gland, which is released in a pulsed manner, in order to ultimately stimulate the natural pulsed release of growth hormone, but at a higher amplitude. As a result, both GH (human growth hormone) and IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor) increase.
A very important benefit of CJC-1295 is that, with a half-life of 10 to 30 minutes, the user can control GH and IGF-1 levels.
Particular attention should be paid to the ability of CJC-1295 to stimulate slow-wave sleep, also known as deep sleep, which is the part of sleep that is responsible for the highest levels of muscle growth and memory retention. This sleep phase is significantly reduced in the elderly, as well as in those who tend to exercise late in the evening.
A 2005 study of CJC-1295 in women administered the peptide for 90 days (3 months) found several key benefits, such as: increased physical performance (walking and climbing stairs) is a result of simple peptide ingestion ( the subjects did not do any specific exercise or diet in combination with injections).
A 2004 study in men showed similar results after 3 months of CJC-1295 injections: doubling of GH and IGF-1 levels; an increase in lean mass (muscle mass), as well as a decrease in the amount of fat in the abdominal cavity (due to visceral fat); improvement in fitness, measured by the time it took to walk 30 minutes and climb the four steps. The results were only achieved with injections, no special diet and no strength training.
From the research we can conclude that:
CJC-1295 100 mcg three times a day (i.e. 300 mcg daily). The first injection is best done one hour before breakfast, the second two hours after lunch, or if you have a day of training, then before or immediately after training. The third is best done right before bedtime.
Inject peptide subcutaneously with an insulin syringe. This product is supplied in vials as a white powder and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water or water for injection. It is necessary to inject 2 ml of water with an ordinary syringe through the rubber cap of the vial, while the water should flow down the wall of the vial, and not directly into the powder, in order to avoid damage to the amino acid sequence. Also, the peptide must be left until completely dissolved (it must not be shaken or chattered). After complete dissolution, the peptide should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2-8 degrees Celsius; it is forbidden to leave it in the sun.
CJC-1295 at the recommended dose, any derivative peptide of ghrelin (Ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Hexarelin) at a dose of 100 μg three times a day, it is possible to inject these peptides in one syringe in order to reduce the number of injections. They are mixed just before the introduction. The joint administration of these peptides will increase the secretion of growth hormone many times over.
It is also worth considering the combined intake of these peptides and PEG MGF at a dose of 400 mcg into the target muscles immediately after training.
The CJC-1295 peptide is generally very well tolerated by most people when used at the recommended dosage of 100 mcg per injection.
The most common side effects are headaches and throbbing in the temples, which occurs about 10 minutes after injection and can last up to 20 minutes. This effect is caused by the release of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid, one neurotransmitter) into the brain - a sign that the peptide is acting and growth hormone is being released.
Some also report water retention and increased fatigue while taking CJC-1295. Water retention can be combated by lowering sodium (salt) levels in the diet. Both side effects tend to resolve after a few weeks as the body has time to adapt. Some users have also noticed increased hunger, tingling in the hands and feet, and temporary irritation (redness) at the injection site.
