Gonadorelin from Nanox is a peptide analog of natural gonadoliberin to stimulate testosterone production and increase the size of the sex glands, most often it is used during post-course therapy.
Mechanism of action
Gonadoliberin or GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone) is a peptide hormone consisting of 10 amino acids secreted in the hypothalamus. It stimulates the secretion of gonadotropins (LH and FSH) from the anterior pituitary gland.
Gonadoliberin is a neurohormone produced mainly in the hypothalamus region. Together with the blood of the portal circulation of the pituitary gland, it enters the pituitary gland, from which it exits into the bloodstream. The pulsed release of gonadoliberin stimulates the secretion of gonadotropins. Low-frequency pulses stimulate the pituitary gland to release FSH and high-frequency pulses to release LH.
Take subcutaneously (injected with an insulin syringe) 1 time every 3 hours, 50 mcg against the background of taking triphenylethylene derivatives (tamoxifen, clomid or toremifene).
The peptide is supplied as a powder and must be restored with water for injection or bacteriostatic water, injecting water so that it flows down the wall of the vial without falling on the powder directly, after the introduction of water, the peptide can not be shaken or chatted, you need to wait until it dissolves itself. Store in the refrigerator without exposing to sunlight at a temperature of 2-8 degrees Celsius.
There may be pain or burning at the injection site, suppression of the production of the arc of the GG with improper use, and at very high doses and high frequency of administration, chemical castration.
