Des (1-3) IGF-1 from Nanox is a truncated version of the human EFR of the first type with the Gly-Pro-Glu tripeptide missing at the N-end. This protein is probably the result of posttranslational cleavage of IGF-1. What is so good about this particular peptide? In the level of anabolic effect, which is many times higher than that of natural IGF-1, however, the duration of its activity is small, so it is administered immediately before training.
